Song-A-Day Campaign to Help People Feel Better in the Pandemic
I recently sent out a release about the song-a-day campaign I started on Medium. Here it is, with the links to the nine songs I posted about feeling better in these difficult times.
Want to feel better during the pandemic? A song a day might be just the antidote to pick up your spirits. That’s why author, filmmaker, and songwriter Gini Graham Scott has created a song-a-day campaign on Medium with a different song, each day, and then these postings have been blasted out to over 10,000 contacts each day on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
The songs are about things like how to fight against the virus and feel better, different ways of using social distancing, getting through the bureaucracy to get an unemployment claim approved, and using mindful meditation and reaching out to others to feel better. Other songs are about staying calm and collected, saying you can do it, thinking about the future, tapping into your memories, learning new rules, and adjusting to the times with new plans and ideas. In short, the songs provide a guide to more effectively dealing with the difficult times of today.
The first 9 songs in the series include these, with links to both the article on Medium and the song on YouTube:
